An enquiry into the form and symbolism of flag design.
Flags have long been inspired by the landscapes they represent, so this project re-imagines them for the Moon, exploring designs that reflect its near and far sides while considering what is visible from both sides. I extend this identity by considering the needs of a new civilization by developing a numeral system and timekeeper (clock).
