London's culinary diversity was transformed by Immigration.
"Piece of Home" is an immersive installation that explores the deep connection between immigration and London’s food culture. As audiences approach British dishes, each plate rotates to reveal immigrant dishes, complete with the dish’s name, originating restaurant, and year introduced to London, creating a timeline of culinary heritage.

I envisioned this as a practical resource for travellers, offering valuable insight they can use in the city. An accompanying website will feature food recommendations, interviews with chefs, and updates on London’s culinary scene.
